HOW LONG WILL MY HOME TAKE TO BUILD?

Construction of Hewlett Oasis is now underway, we expect all homes to be completed by late 2020.

WHAT SUSTAINABILITY FEATURES WILL BE IN THE HOMES?

WHAT CAR PARKING IS AVAILABLE FOR RESIDENTS?

All terraces in Hewlett Oasis include one carpark.

IS THERE A BODY CORPORATE?

All homes in Hewlett Oasis will be on unit title and be part of the Body Corporate.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

The rates and levies for the houses are available from the developer.
Levies will be administered by the Body Corporate to maintain common facilities, infrastructure, and spaces.

WHAT HAPPENS TO RUBBISH?

There are communal rubbish areas located in Hewlett Oasis that will be cleared every week. Separate bins will be provided for general waste and recycling.

HOW MUCH DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO PURCHASE?

All 36 units are KiwiBuild homes. Eligible buyers are required to pay a 5% deposit to secure their home. The remaining payment is not required until settlement.

IS MY DEPOSIT SAFE?

Yes, your deposit is safe. It is held, on your behalf, in the trust account of the Developer’s solicitor, Glaister Ennor.

CAN THE PRICE INCREASE FROM WHAT IS AGREED ON THE SALE & PURCHASE AGREEMENT?

No, the price that is agreed in the Sale and Purchase Agreement is the price that you will pay for your home.
