School bells are ringing, the kids have gone back! This officially marks the end of the summer holidays. Let us fully dive back into work and prepare for another hard-working year.

Here is this month’s update Larchwood Block A, B & C finished Practical Completion. Secondly, Block A & B have passed the final inspection, and also CCC (Code Compliance Certificate) has been lodged. Keep it up team we are getting there.

Construction work at all sites is progressing as scheduled. We are confident that the estimated completion dates will be achievable.

We are truly sorry for those adversely affected by the recent storm. On the positive side, both of our ongoing projects and settled homes remain unaffected. We sincerely pray for your safety and well-being during these challenging times 🙏
