We are getting ready for the upcoming NZIBES 2022 at Vodafone Events Centre. NZIBES (New Zealand International Building Expo & Summit) is one of New Zealand’s biggest building and property event. Unispot team will be at Booth 17 on Friday 19^th and Saturday 20^th August, so come along and we will catch you there!

EdgeWest titles have all been issued. Block C & D CCC (Code Compliance Certificate) has also been issued as well. Our settlement gift baskets are already set to go. Other blocks CCC is on its way so hold on tight!

We have gathered here today to celebrate the completion of EdgeWest project. Big thanks to the funders, architects, consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, partners, and many more who were involved, we could not have done this without you all. After 15 months of blood, sweat, and tears the hard work has finally paid off, now it is time to relax and celebrate what we have accomplished together with everyone!

Hip hip hurray! It is confirmed all 42 units of EdgeWest are officially sold out. To be ready for the big move better get those hands moving people, it won’t be long till the day finally arrives!

The weight is finally off the shoulders from all the hard work and persistence, a pat on the back to all of us! EdgeWest architectural design began in September 2020, construction started in May 2021 and PC (Practical Completion) in August 2022. During those 15 months of construction we had to overcome many challenges to complete this project from multiple waves of lockdowns to shortages of material supplies. Despite this, with our close-knit team and good management we still manage to deliver on time. Thank you for your patience and understanding, now you can set your moving plans to EdgeWest in motion!

More good news for EdgeWest owners! EdgeWest Block A, B, & C has just passed the final inspection. Let’s keep all the positive energy flowing our way, we are one more step closer.
