Ho ho ho! Less than a month till Christmas! 2022 has been a hectic year time flies by fast when you aren’t looking. It is nearly that time of the year when everybody comes together to feast, drink, share presents and celebrate the joys of Christmas 🎅🎄🎁

Our team is pushing to make each day count, aiming to get everything done and dusted so we can relax on our long-awaited holiday. Construction work at all sites is progressing as scheduled. We are confident that the estimated completion dates will be achievable.

Construction Progress Update: November

We have some awesome news to share with you. Firstly, titles are to be lodged soon for 148 Lincoln Road STAGE 2. Secondly, several blocks of scaffolding are taken down from both Larchwood and Schnapper Rock projects. We are one step closer, keep up the good work team!

Here is our monthly update on Unispot construction progress. All projects are running smoothly and are progressing as scheduled. We are confident that the estimated completion dates will be achieved.
