Hewlett Oasis is a KiwiBuild project in Massey, comprising 36 units terraced houses and a shared basement car park. These beautifully designed, two- bedroom plus study homes all come with a dedicated carpark.

As one of Unispot’s most important flagship projects, Hewlett Oasis was designed and built to the utmost standards. Architecturally designed and with a Green Building Council Homestar rating of 6, these homes exceed the standard of the building code and ensure residents’ health and comfort.

Construction of Hewlett Oasis began late 2019 and all 36 Units will be settled by mid June 2021.  We’re proud that, in less than 18 months, the project has been delivered on schedule, despite the interference of the multiple lockdowns we experienced during the COVID-19 pandemic.
